I've never seen another oboe with an ebonite top joint like this one!  It looks almost like petrified wood, a really cool look.   It is very responsive and easy to play too! 
 
It has an LXV bore and is in excellent preowned condition, with no condition issues to report.  
 
It comes in it's original Howarth case with cover, also in excellent preowned condition.  
 

Because this oboe has an ebonite top it is not prone to warping or cracking and requires no break-in.
