This is an 11.5 ounce bag of Niccolai English Horn cane from 1984.  It comes from a time when the Olympics were in Los Angeles and the original Macintosh Personal Computer went on sale.   
 
It looks to be on the larger side, 12.5ish, and looks straight and nice.
