From a huge lot of cane brought to me by a recently retired symphonic oboist, here is K Ge English horn tube cane from 2005. It is 12-12.5 and most appears to be true to size. We will not be sorting this further for size or quality, although it looks quite nice. 5 pounds are available in all!
