The Jende Folding Steel is a stainess steel tool used to maintain the bur on your knife without removing material. As we scrape our reeds the bur bends and folds, this tool sets it back into the most optimal position to maintain a sharp edge between sharpenings. The folding steel works on all reed knives and comes with a custom sheath and detailed instructions for use.
