New to our shop is the Lined Bore Loree AK oboe.  It is stamped with an "L" on the top joint above the serial number to indicate that it has been sleeved with a synthetic material to make it more resilient and resistant to warping and cracking.
 
The AK oboe is Loree's most popular professional model.  It has an unparalleled sweetness of tone while still remaining reasonably lightweight.
