The Ebonite top XL is my favorite of the XL series.  The Ebonite top is resonant, responsive, and stress free as it will not crack and requires no break-in.  This model has a black Ebonite top with a Grenadilla bottom and bell.
 
We have this model available in with both swirly and regular black top joints.
